  • 3A technical error on the platform results in duplicate or incorrect charges.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • 1Services that have already been rendered or consultations that have taken place.
  • 2Cancellation requests made after the scheduled appointment time.
  • 3Dissatisfaction with legal advice or outcomes of legal proceedings.
  • 4Administrative fees and platform registration charges.

Refund Process
