Service Provider Agreement

  1. 1The applicant authorizes Gulf International Collection & Consulting W.L.L. and Saraya Square Business Services to receive requests, respond to clients, book appointments, and collect payments on their behalf.
  2. 2A commission of 5% applies to all work obtained through the platform.
  3. 3The platform retains the right to delete any lawyer found unlicensed or prohibited from practice.
  4. 4Registration fees are administrative and non-refundable.
  5. 5The platform provides electronic payment services for client transactions.
  6. 6Volunteer lawyers are exempt from subscription fees.
  7. 7All disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
